Detailed Explanation for this Vulnerability Assessment

The remote service (probably the Tivoli Relay daemon) is vulnerable
to a buffer overflow when it receives a too long string.

A possible hacker may use this flaw to execute arbitrary code on this
host (with the privilege of the user 'nobody')
