IBM Mainframe Vintage System/360 Model 65 (2065) Field Engineering Handbook 1969:

The venerable 360 Mod 65, first shipped in 1965, and supported up to 1MB of core (single-sided machine) with 2-way interleaving. at 750ns fetch time for 8-bytes. Instruction cycle time was 200ns.

There are actually two books in this set:

  • "Field Engineering Handbook, System/360, Model 65", was used by hardware FEs in repair and troubleshooting. P/N Z25-0501-2 (October 1969). 75 Pages. Contains some hand-written notes. No binder. Handbook approx. 3.75" x 6.75" x 0.375". Images from random pages.
  • "Field Engineering Handbook, System/360, Models 65, MP65, 67, 75, 85 Diagnostics" contains testing information for these machines and some of their peripherals. P/N SY25-5000-1 (November, 1969, 2nd edition). No binder. Handbook approx. 3.75" x 6.75" x 0.25". Images from random pages.
