Condition: sold as-is for parts or repair. Not suitable for gaming, mining, or compute use.

Known issue: The card is detected normally and works at idle and in light use, but it fails reliably when put under sustained load.

What I found in testing:

It is recognized correctly (GP102, 11GB VRAM). The driver installs and loads, and idle temperature and power draw are normal.
A light OpenGL benchmark (glmark2) completed without problems.
During sustained GPU stress tests (gpu-burn, a CUDA stress test), the card dropped off the PCIe bus 60 to 90 seconds into the load. This happened 4 out of 4 times across fresh reboots. The driver logged NVIDIA Xid 79, “GPU has fallen off the bus.”
In one run, the stress test reported 26 computation errors (wrong results) just before the card dropped out. Another run caused a full system crash.
The card has to be fully power-cycled or the system rebooted before it works again.

Not tested: I could not test the card in a desktop PCIe slot, only in an external Thunderbolt enclosure. I can’t say for certain whether the fault is in the GPU core, VRAM, or power delivery on the card. I did test the external Thunderbolt enclosure with another GPU and it worked fine, so this rules out the enclosure being an issue.

Cosmetic condition:Used (light scratches), but otherwise in good condition

Sold as-is. No returns, since the fault is fully disclosed above.
