Selling my vintage Apple PowerBook G3 Lombard along with the Apple stuff I have with it.The PowerBook is working. It powers on, boots into Mac OS X, and the screen works like it should. I also pulled up Apple System Profiler so you can see the actual specs in the pictures.It has a 400 MHz PowerPC G3, 192 MB of RAM, and is currently running Mac OS X 10.1.5. The original label on the bottom shows model/family M5343, with the original 6 GB hard drive, 8 MB video, and DVD configuration.The RAM has been upgraded from the original 64 MB to 192 MB.I’m selling everything together as one bundle. The DVD drive and VST SuperDisk drive are the removable bay-style drives made for these PowerBooks.The laptop does have some cosmetic wear from age. The biggest thing to point out is the spot on the top lid where the plastic is damaged/open. There’s a sticker over it, and I included a picture with the sticker pulled back so you can see exactly what it looks like. It does not affect the way the laptop runs.The Mac OS X box and paperwork also show normal age, wear, creases, marks, etc.What I have personally confirmed is that the laptop powers on, boots, the display works, Mac OS X loads, and it recognizes the 400 MHz G3 processor and 192 MB of RAM.I have not fully tested every single thing on it, including battery life, every port, every software disc, the VST drive, or every key, so please keep that in mind.The hard drive still has an existing Mac OS installation on it right now. I’ll remove any personal files before it ships.This is a cool old-school Apple setup and I’d rather keep it together than break everything up and sell it piece by piece.Please look through all the pictures closely.
