Vintage Commodore SX-64 Computer - Nice Working Condition / Read for DetailsHere is a Vintage Commodore SX-64 portable computer, including the keyboard and original cable, no broken clips on the keyboard or chassis, original end-caps and working floppy drive. This computer has a custom character ROM installed (apparently by a previous owner) that displays "George's SX-64 Computer 1998" in BASIC. Aside from that, it seems to load/run everything like a normal C64 would. You can swap out the ROM for an original or just leave it as a bit of it's past history.
There is one video of it running a SID player so you can hear the SID chip is still functioning normally.
This computer is HEAVY, but will be well wrapped, boxed and insured for it's journey.

Physical Appearance- Computer is fairly clean, but there are some scuffs, scrapes and scratches of course. There are no missing caps or broken clips so the keyboard stays closed and the handle ratchets normally.Test Results - This SX-64 has been tested to the best of my ability. It has not been extensively tested with lots of software or ran for long periods of time. Functionality can never be guaranteed on a 40 year old computer, so this is for collectors and tinkerers only that appreciate these.All vintage computing and electronics items are sold as/is (unless otherwise stated), no returns or exchanges on this 40 year old computer.Please don't offer or buy if you don't agree with these terms!Thanks for looking!
