The heat-sink is passive (original) and we’ve zip-tied a server fan to the end of the unit and attached to fan power.
The fan runs at 100% all the time as there is no RPM control.
Noise: Fan loudness is around 65-72 dBA (normal conversation level)
Temperature: Runs around 84-88 Celsius while running 1080P Ultra settings benchmark
Dimensions: LxWxH 11in x 2 1/2in (roughly with fan) x 5 1/2in (roughly with GPU cable)
These were used in video rendering machines (servers)
What you see is what you get
There are no cables included
Tested working

You can remove the heat-sink and fan and add your own cooling setup if you wish.
