The "specialty" button is used by cartridge CRT image files where the physical cartridge had a button (i.e. "Freeze" cartridges such as Action Replay or Super Snapshot).
Translucent parts aren’t fully transparent because FDM printing creates fine layer lines that diffuse light, resulting in a soft, semi‑see‑through appearance rather than true optical clarity.

Shipping

We ship to most address in the world via United States Postal Service, Federal Express, and UPS shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and multiple options are offered. In general, please do not email asking for shipping quotes. Create an order, and the shipping options and costs will be shown on the checkout page.

We apologize, but given the variable nature and rules concerning VAT/GST/Customs/Tariffs/etc. charges, our shipping calculations cover only the costs incurred to physically move the merchandise to your location.All local VAT, GST, customs duties, and import tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 days, though some items require additional fulfillment time:

Hand‑assembled items (such as items with printed circuit boards) are assembled, calibrated, and tested after the order is placed. Please allow an additional 1–2 days for fulfillment.

If we will be away from the office for any extended period, a notice will be posted on the store website. Any backordered items or components will be clearly noted in the product description. If timing is important, please feel free to email us before placing an order to ensure we can meet your needs.

Most first class and priority mail shipments arrive within 2–3 business days to continental US locations. However, if you wish to ship overnight or 2nd day air via Fedex, please let us know before placing the order so we can ensure the order is filled in a timely manner.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address provided, a refund will only be processed under one of two conditions: either the package is successfully returned to our address by the carrier, or the courier officially declares the package lost and issues an insurance reimbursement. Please note that couriers do not prioritize return-to-sender shipments, and these transit times can take several weeks or months to arrive back at our address; refunds will not be issued while the package is still in transit.

Software, including binary ROM images, cannot be returned or refunded, due to the virtual nature of the product.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
